Position Summary
Fidelity National Title Company is seeking a detail oriented, reliable and dependable individual, with recent industry experience, to join our Long Beach operation. The ideal candidate will understand and commit to total quality, unsurpassed customer service and teamwork. The Escrow Assistant will have a high degree of customer service skills, computer aptitude, recent industry experience, demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, the ability to maintain a degree of comfort while assisting the escrow unit and will have knowledge of all aspects of working in the escrow environment.
 
Duties
Ordering payoff demand statements Ordering and processing HOA documents Processing opening and closing packages Processing loan document packages Processing funding conditions Answering Phones Other duties as assigned
 
Requirements
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook Familiarity with IMPACT, preferred Knowledgeable with new TRID requirements Able to work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality driven Must be able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, when necessary. Other duties as assigned
 
Education
High School Diploma or GED
 
Experience
5 years + of Escrow Industry experience
